Terms and Conditions.

All Peptica products are intended exclusively for laboratory and research purposes by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, are not intended to diagnose or treat any disease, and may not be resold for consumption. The buyer confirms this restriction with every order.

Prices are stated in euros, including Belgian VAT where applicable, excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices; the price at the time of ordering applies to orders already placed.

An order is final upon receipt of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and PayPal. In case of payment issues or suspected fraud, we may cancel the order.

Shipping takes place from Belgium. Indicative delivery times and rates are shown at checkout. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken, and for products that may deteriorate rapidly. This applies to all of our research peptides once the primary packaging has been opened or the cold chain has been broken.

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt provided you notify us in advance via info@peptica.be. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

As a consumer you benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee of two (2) years as set out in Articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code and Book VI of the Code of Economic Law. Any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and manifests itself within this period will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or — if that is impossible or disproportionate — refunded in accordance with the statutory conditions. This guarantee does not affect any additional commercial guarantees.

Check your order upon receipt. Report visible transport damage or a broken cold chain (thawed gel pack, damaged packaging) within 24 hours with photos via info@peptica.be — we will arrange a replacement shipment or refund. Complaints about purity are handled on the basis of the accompanying COA.

The statutory warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from improper use outside a research context, improper storage after delivery, or tampering after the primary packaging has been broken.

Peptica is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products outside a research context. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount of the relevant order.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Peptica's registered office.
